Channel 4 and #IAMWHOLE: The Whole Truth

On 9 October 2020, Channel 4 and #IAMWHOLE marked World Mental Health Day with a ground-breaking new music chat show hosted by Jordan Stephens with live performances from three of today’s most exciting Black British artists, Kojey Radical, Arlo Parks, and Che Lingo.

The show features the cast at their most vulnerable in a self-authored group therapy session talking about mental health, music, and systemic racism, as well as how they have managed to navigate a year marked by pandemic, pain, and protests. Set to a backdrop of music and lyrics, this World Mental Health Day special beautifully navigates a conversation that a young Black generation find so difficult to have, and asks the hardest question of all… What is The Whole Truth?
