A massive mural of Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford wearing Beats By Dre headphones has popped up in the Shudehill area of the city.

The artwork was created by BBC art director Reuben Dangoor and is in response to the huge amount of online abuse the footballer receives. It features a very zen-looking Rashford, surrounded by both positive and negative social media comments, seemingly drowning out the noise surrounding him.

Painted on to the side of the Hare & Hounds pub, the eye-catching artwork is just a short walk away from both the city’s National Football Museum and AO Arena.
