Cancer Research UK has launched a new film created by Atomic London to promote the sixth annual Shine Night Walk, a night time walk in London for a half or full marathon distance.

The film, which will run across social media and online, uses powerful lyrics from Ben E King’s song ‘Stand by Me’ to convey the physical and mental endurance people go through on the walk, and features real people from all walks of life.

The aim of the campaign is to drive sign-ups to the walk. Media has been handled by MediaCom.
