The 7th edition of the Propel’s Digital Salary & Industry Insight report, in partnership with The Drum, provides insight into the salaries and working lives of the individuals driving the global digital economy that’s more comprehensive than ever.
They have taken the research to a new level, looking not only at salary comparisons, but also the factors that impact well-being and how this drives the performance and engagement of talent at all levels of your business.
This year’s report contains a number of interesting findings:
Encouragingly, salaries across each skill set covered have increased over the last 12 months
63% of respondents were considering a job change in 2016 with improved career opportunities, increased financial remuneration and new work challenges cited as the main reasons
Career progression, fulfilment at work and recognition of achievements are the most important contributing factors to employee engagement and performance
The report comprises data from over 3000 records, a mix of survey responses which were supplemented with robust data drawn from their own internal records.
