Business Jam: Accelerating profitable agency growth in 2017
The Drum Network are kicking off their first event of 2017 with an interactive afternoon run by Greengrass Consulting.
New business wins are clearly important to agency growth. But pitches are expensive, resource intensive, and, if the bucket is leaking, an exhausting way of running hard to stand still. Client retention, organic growth and efficient systems are also key drivers of success. They reflect the internal strength of your agency, your culture, ways of working and employee commitment, so why are they not as much of a concern?
Greengrass will demonstrate how you can effectively assess the health of your current culture by focusing on the elements that have been proven to drive bottom line performance and show the impact of a weak or unhealthy culture on a business, and explain how you can accurately identify areas in your business which could be inhibiting growth and determine what needs addressing.
This Business Jam will be a highly interactive event, dramatising the critical elements of a company’s culture. The afternoon will include:
-Group workshops to analyse real results
-A case study showing how the health of a company was transformed by focusing on strengthening its organisational culture
-Hearing from a company who has recently assessed their company culture
The Profit Centre with The Wow Company
Peter Czapp of The Wow Company will also be joining is in January to launch a new regular session at Business Jam called The Profit Centre. During the year Peter will be at our Business jams to focus on how you can maxim ise profits in your agency business.
So, join The Drum Network for an afternoon of learning how to accelerate profitable growth, lots of interacting and learning with like minded business people.
