I agree that you should be able to have a separate personal life outside of work. However I don’t think any employee should be giving opinions quite so freely about topics that relate in some way to their place of work. They are a representative of the company employing them, in and out of the work place and cannot expect their actions to go unnoticed or without consequences.

Does anyone ever use the new phenomenon Pinterest when marketing a product/service? I've had a quick peep on the site but keen to hear how effective people are finding it.
I think it will be hard for Facebook to become 'un-cool'. Even if there are knew 'cooler' social media platforms developed for the younger generation. Facebook is so easy to use, it's what people feel comfortable with it's always going to be used by the young and the old.
