However realisticly the company or people going for it are doing so for just publicity or Kudos as its the only way to support going for the pitch. Its a big learning excerise at least but most likely one not to be repeated.

If it was aimed at established agencies with a track record its not going to happen as you will spend that fund tendering. I just hope Creative England know they wont get industry leaders involved for that and the fallout that may follow if this process fails.
