I presume he means, "friendly with big business and the banks", because otherwise he's talking crap. They've done sod all to help the vast majority of businesses in the UK that make up most of the economy.

It will get better, but why launch it now when -
Petrol stations are listed where there has never been petrol stations. Businesses are listed in the wrong location. Business are listed that went bust more than 10 years ago. Businesses are listed with their old name, changed more than 5 years ago.
Shockingly bad decision to launch now when the data is so bad.
