Mark Sherwin has spent 20 years in the digital industry, mostly agency-side.

In 2014 he made the leap to join Accenture's newly-formed digital business, and the past twelve months have seen him leading digital business transformations for clients including some of the UK's best known utilities, household telecoms and media giants.

A regular blogger, Sherwin speaks on a variety of industry issues including the future of customer service, always on marketing and the power of social as a business tool.

He was recently tasked with leading Accenture's marketing services in the UK and Ireland.
