I previously founded strategic marketing agency Karbon Creative in 2004 and followed this up in 2011 with my appointment as Marketing Director for Triad - a Top 100 UK Agency.
With a targeted move, I'm now at Catalyst and building one of the best agencies in the midlands - we've just been awarded RAR status.
