Full props to our (Finn's) creative agency partner, Iris, for all the brilliant creative on this project, soon to be revealed at www.putporkonyourfork.co.Uk
Anonymous 1: This isn't about getting all wanky with creative understanding, it's a simple task in getting a young brewery talked about amongst Leeds folk. Blanket press coverage in trade and consumer press, hundreds of people having a say in what they think it should taste like, more traffic to their pubs and a major retailer interested in stocking the drink post launch. What a shit idea hey.
Anonmymous 2: Sounds like your local is shit then doesn't it.
Finally, if you're going to comment, at least have some dangleys and say who you are. Feeble commenting I say.
Leeds has the largest amount of green space for any UK city other than London. So why is this site all about black, dark, night. The first impression it gives people is that Leeds is all about nightlife. Snor. Come on guys. This is often what happens when people from outside a city design something. They don't truely understand the true fabric of a city. I'm all for 'best man wins' in a pitch. if Leeds agencies pitched and didn't come up to scratch then fine, so be it, but this doesn't do our city justice.
This is a great idea, if not a little old. They challenge they'll have is to staywithin the law, especially in Leeds. The local council has said that it will prosecute anyone and brand using this tactic, despite the fact it is only cleaning. Best make sure they wear a new pair of running shoes....
Go on Midge, crack a smile!
