Despite the question marks over methodologies, my own experience with teenagers in the house exactly bears out the results. Something that wasn't mentioned though is what appears to be an increasing jadedness with Facebook, though it seems to take people quite a while to go from lots of complaining about it to actually deleting accounts. Among my peers in their 30s and 40s account deletion is becoming more frequent; perhaps people simply grow out of FB?
