To confirm, the six week placement and the one year placements are all fully paid and during this period graduates not only receive hands on experience but also development opportunities outside of the agency. The successful graduates from last year are a valuable asset to our agency and we are hoping will become permanent in the future. We aim to give graduates a real opportunity and agree the trend for not paying them is unacceptable as they add immense value and fresh insight to the agency.
