Andrew kicked off his career in the financial sector in analytics, where he says he learned "the impact that data-driven insight can have on a business."

After a variety of roles in big corporates and tiny startups, he realised that the intersection of technology, media and creativity is where he is happiest, and co-founded Essence.

This year the agency took first place in its size group in The Drum's Digital Census Elite poll and won new business from Intuit and eBay Advertising.
