The annual Stodge Podge lunch took place in Manchester last Friday, bringing together the creative industry's great and good for one afternoon only to wine, dine and chat.

As is tradition, a different agency creates the theme each year (volunteers tend to emerge on the day itself, often after a few glasses of wine...) and this time it was the turn of Tayburn to create the branding.

The Edinburgh-based agency went with a 'Keeping Up With the Joneses' theme – a nod to the Podge founder and organiser Phil Jones – with its tongue-in-cheek invites welcoming "the great and greater of the UK's marketing royalty for a day spent braying with laughter and sneering contemptuously at agencies not quite as successful as yours!"

The Drum was in attendance at the Harvey Nichols bash, and below we bring you some pictures from the day courtesy of Liz Henson Photography. Scroll down to take a look, and see if you can spot yourself.

Podgefather Phil kicked off proceedings in civilised fashion

Then the drink started flowing

Of course some of you enjoyed reunions and catch-ups

But in the end, it was all about the wine

Does flash Phil's jacket hint at next year's theme?
