Tennent’s consoles Scottish football fans with a ‘Guess the Nation’ World Cup game
Scotland’s World Cup campaign may have been short-lived, but fans are being consoled by Tennent’s Lager as the tournament kicks off with a new ‘Guess the Nation’ game.
Created by Equator, the game is for all those who think they know their ‘fitba tops’ – challenging players to guess the country behind 11 football shirts in a minute and a half.
Then, based on the answer, each guess is followed by footage of the best goals or the worst footie fails.
Paul Condron, marketing director at Tennent’s, said he hoped the combination of “football and a good old pub quiz” would go down a storm with Tennent’s football fans.
