Get swearing for charity: Music's foul mouthed campaign aims to raise £2,000 in a day via social media

Creative agency Music is hosting a swearathon in a bid to raise money for cancer hospital The Christie in Manchester.

The event comes ahead of the Charity’s annual fundraising event, The Big Do, on Friday night – an event that was relaunched by Music.

In a contribution all of its own, Music has embarked on a foul mouthed adventure and is inviting (adult) members of the public to get involved.

For every expletive in a tweet or message posted on the agency’s Facebook wall or Twitter page, Music will donate 20p, while for those who pick up the phone to tell the staff how well they’re doing – as impolitely as possible, we understand – they will donate £1.

The agency is aiming to raise £2,000 and has a Just Giving page where others can donate if they get tired of posting foulmouthed tweets.

If they think we’re getting involved they can piss off.
