Over 300 of creative and marketing’s finest and brightest joined The Drum for the 2013 Scottish Creative Awards at the Glasgow Radison Blu Hotel last Friday.

Over 40 awards were presented but Frame took the Grand Prix for NLS Cinema, created for the National Library of Scotland. They also picked up a further five awards including Public Sector Advert and Advert on a Mobile Medium. The Bridge received the Chairman’s Award, chosen by Rick Sear of OgilvyOne, for their Scottish National Blood Transfusion service advert: Sarah.

Newhaven stole the show with an impressive total of eight awards including Press Campaign, Online Video/Film and Outdoor Campaign. Also, impressive The Leith Agency had a haul of five awards.

Guests enjoyed musical performances from freestyle comedy duo Abandoman, followed by a visit from a zombie and some questionable dance moves. Below are the more aesthetically pleasing pictures at the behest of Drum staff… and to your relief.

Winners were chosen by a panel of industry experts from companies such Lambie Nairn, The Partners, AIS London, HAVAS EHS, Santander, Virgin Media and Expedia.

What's clear is, The Drum sure knows how to throw a party.

The full list of award winners from the evening can be viewed on The Scottish Creative Awards website.
