Bill Nye, Kevin Smith, Mayim Bialik and the Mythbusters ponder ‘How does Superman shave’ in Gillette campaign

Superman. He can’t be hurt by bullets or explosions and needles can’t penetrate his skin…so how does he shave? That is the question that Gillette is currently pondering on YouTube, with treories being put forward by people such as Bill Nye the science guy and actress Mayim Bialik, who has a Ph.D in neuroscience.

The campaign sees various theories discussed, from the Large Hadron Collider to ‘comets to the face’, with suggestions such as a green kryptonite razor debunked. That’s Gillette’s autumn line out then…

Created by ad agency Concept One, the campaign lets viewers debate what theory they think is correct of suggest their own to #HowDoesHeShave.
