To promote its 25th anniversary, Leeds agency Intermarketing has sent out a real piece of nostalgia as its invite – a cassette tape mocked up as Now 25.

The tape, harking back to 1988, the year of Kylie’s ‘I Should Be So Lucky’ and Die Hard, invites recipients to the agency’s anniversary party in April, asking them to also wear something silver and for them to write the name of their B-side on the other side of the accompanying cassette of a song from 1988 to win ‘an incredible prize’.

We have no idea if there’s actually anything on the tape…because no one has a tape recorder within Drum Towers to find out.

Although there’s plenty here who remember 1988 all too well, whether they admit it or not.
