OFFICE identified Cart abandonment as one of their biggest challenges with an average abandonment rate of 75% in the industry. They soon realized they needed a medium to reconnect with their hottest prospects and offer them the opportunity to buy those shoes they were just dreaming about (hovering over). 

By using the split-testing module within the SaleCycle platform to test different subject lines and sending times (varying times from 2 hours after abandonment down to 30 minutes),  OFFICE was able to find the highest performing blend of creative and timing.

With an open rate of 37% and 25% conversion to click rate, the CRM Manager at OFFICE was soon walking with a spring in his step as were the many happy customers who reconnected to buy their dream pair of sneakers.
