The largest internal communication campaign that BT had ever undertaken
BT HR overhauled their entire HR service, moving from a slightly dysfunctional and outdated process to a central online portal ‘ONE STOP SHOP’ to engage employees and make HR work better for them.
We produced a multi-channel strategy, recommended an implementation plan and crafted ‘THE NEW HR STORY’ from which the campaign line ‘HR’S CHANGING FOR YOU’ evolved.
The campaign successfully launched across all lines of business within BT throughout the UK and across the globe at different dates over the course of the year. The creative and tone of voice was consistent throughout with tailored messaging to suit the varied audiences and communication platforms.
