Found Remote was back at BroadcastAsia in Singapore last week where broadcasters from Southeast Asia and beyond shared their expertise on the evolving industry. I chaired the track on capturing viewers with immersive content. Sport Singapore, Korea Broadcasting System, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Public Television Services Taiwan and Paywizard all shared impressive case studies on the future of TV.

I had the honor of discussing a topic that's often overlooked, even though it's the giant elephant in the room. My presentation on: "The State of TV Pirating:

How the Rough Waters of Torrenting and Illegal Downloading are Creating Hurdles and Opportunities for Broadcasters," featured research from Muso and SimilarWeb that showed piracy is on a slight decline but still massive.
