1. Social media – does not work as a term because the word media assumes it is another medium for pushing content. It should be “delivering great customer care!”

2. Great brands on the social web become personalities and turn into pets by their fans and ambassadors.

3. The R.O.I. of social media should be compared to your mother – consider that question; what is she to you and the influence on your life.

The following video is 45minutes long – I make no excuses for the fact that if you are in advertising, are managing a social media strategy or planning session you need to consider almost every word that comes out of his mouth. If you don’t like expletives – sorry. If you consider yourself an entrepreneur stop apologising and focus.
