There are now just six weeks remaining for agencies to get their client ratings in to qualify for inclusion in this year's RAR Awards.
Now in their eighth year, the RAR Awards recognise and reward marketing services agencies with all the results based purely on the scores, ratings and testimonials that agencies receive from their clients for the work they produce during the course of the year.
Each year the RAR downloads the ratings from its online database to identify which agencies are the highest-rated by clients, and recognises those best-in-class agencies via the awards. Winning can only be achieved through the high regard of clients, demonstrated with ratings on recommendedagencies.com.
The awards are a membership benefit, meaning that there are no entries to submit and no reports to write. As such, to be in the running agencies must be recommended and be an active RAR member before 31 May 2018, but an agency's ratings must be collected before 14 February 2018 in order to be included in the judging process.
The awards are split into three agency size criteria to ensure that like is compared with like in terms of agency size and Last year’s awards saw agencies such as Crowd, TMC, Fresh and JKR all taking to the stage at the Marriot Grosvenor to collect Grand Prix Awards in front of almost 400 people who attended the gala awards dinner.
Speaking of the RAR Awards, Richard Draycott, managing director of the RAR, said: “The RAR Awards remain one of the most sought after awards on the awards calendar as they are ultimately the only awards out there that are decided by clients, who visit the RAR platform to rate how well their agencies perform and deliver results.
“We split the agencies into three sizes to ensure that we are always comparing similar agencies side by side and the verification process is indepth and takes two weeks to complete as we want to ensure that all the scores and testimonials are checked and double checked to make sure that the best rated agencies come to the fore.”
In a slight change in 2018 aimed at accelerating the awards ceremony on the night, this year will see the On Time, On Budget, Value For Money and Client Service categories combined into one single Client Service category, with winners recognised for excellence in client service in all three size criteria.
