Dentsu's iProspect UK promotes Jack Swayne to managing director
Dentsu Aegis Network agency iProspect UK has promoted Jack Swayne to the role of managing director.

He replaces Felicity Long, who a spokesperson said has moved to another role within the Dentsu Aegis Network. Swayne previously served as chief strategy officer at iPropsect UK. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions for the agency’s clients.
"Jack has been an integral and valued leader within the Dentsu Aegis Network, both in the US and UK, for more than 12 years and brings a wealth of experience from across digital and communications planning,” said Stefan Bardega, chief executive of iProspect UK and Ireland, in a statement. “Our mission for next year is to remain ahead of the industry curve as a critical business partner for our clients. Through continued investment in data and technology, as well as the right leadership team in place, iProspect is future-proofing its reputation as a global leader in performance media for 2018 and beyond."
Emil Bielski, head of development at Maxus, is joining iProspect UK next month to take over the role of chief strategy officer.

The performance marketing agency has also hired Pedro Mona, former head of digital technology and data at Zenith, to fill the newly created role of executive director of platforms and engineering.
