This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

Reckitt Benckiser
The head of marketing at consumer goods giant Reckitt Benckiser has departed amid a wider exodus of senior executives.
Roberto Funari will leave at the end of the year to "pursue new opportunities" alongside the heads of IT, HR and developing markets. It comes after the the maker of Durex condoms and Cillit Bang lost an estimated £90m in a cyber-attack earlier this year.
Sirdata UK
Paul Barnard has been appointed as Sirdata UK as media director leaving his current role as head of media at Nielsen Marketing Cloud.
Lewis Moberly
Emily Fox has been promoted within Lewis Moberly from creative partner to creative director.
Having joined six years ago, Fox will continue the work she has been doing which includes work with Diageo, Lavazza and Waitrose.
MEC
Andy Francos has been appointed the role to head of organic performance at MEC Wavemaker.
Francos is joining the company from Publicis Media's Starcom where he was search director, winning the Cannes Media Grand-Prix for #likeagirl by Always.
WPP AUNZ
WPP AUNZ has appointed Rob McLachlan as chief executive officer of its Data Investment Management Group. McLachlan will oversee 12 research, training and change management agencies including Kantar Millward Brown and AMR, to drive new business growth and develop cross-agency collaboration. McLachlan has worked for WPP AUNZ and formerly STW Group for more than 10 years in senior finance and operations roles. Prior to this, he was finance director at ACNielsen for nearly 20 years.
Ogilvy China
Ogilvy has appointed Adrian Zhu as group executive creative director (GECD) of Ogilvy Beijing. Zhu was previously ECD of Raynet Ogilvy and has worked for Ogilvy since 1994 as a senior copywriter. Zhu has worked for a range of clients including IBM, Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, FAW Group, AT&T, McDonald’s, KFC and China Mobile.
Enso
Enso, a Santa Monica-based creative agency and strategy studio has welcomed Tynessa Jue to its creative team as senior art director.
Jue joins enso by way of Argonaut, where she served as Senior Art Director. She led Sephora’s first brand message of inclusivity on International Women’s Day across the beauty chain's social channels in France, Turkey, Portugal, and Italy. She also launched Fitbit's global campaign in #SB50 Super Bowl encouraging people to move more each day.
Goodbye Kansas
Swedish VFX and animation company Goodbye Kansas Studios has recruited two new employees to strengthen its North American presence in its new Los Angeles office.
Game development veteran Fredrik Löving has been hired as studio manager, vice president, executive producer, and Tobias Dahl as studio manager, vice president, production.
The Collective @ Lair
Cannes Lions and Clio-winning filmmaker/writer Laurence Thrush joins NYC-based The Collective @ Lair for brand films and network content.
A Clio Best Young Director and A Young Gun Award recipient, Thrush has directed a wide range of commercials for clients such as Mastercard, Honda, Toyota, HP, Southwest, Amstel Light, Adobe, and McDonald’s.
He also was part of two feature films: Left Handed which was best feature at the Milan Film Festival, and A Different Light which made its world premiere in 2012 at Sundance.
Brand Union
WPP global brand agency Brand Union has augmented its leadership team in the US with the appointment of Vincent Roffers as executive strategy director.
With over a decade’s experience in brand strategy and client service, Roffers joins Brand Union following his tenure as a partner at brand consultancy Lippincott and at Landor, where he served as an associate director of strategy. Over his career, he has led strategic relationships with top clients including Dell, Verizon, Accenture, AIG, Saudi Aramco and Walmart.
