To celebrate the launch of the Singapore Creative Cities guide, The Drum is hosting a breakfast panel to discuss the question: is Singapore creative enough?

The Drum's Singapore Creative Cities special edition 2017

The event, at Working Capitol on Keong Saik Road on 13 September, will invite Singapore-based artist Steve Lawler (Mojoko) and MullenLowe Singapore CEO Shannon Cullum to debate issues around talent, investment and creative industry output. They will also be joined by Aaron Yang, senior brand manager at Pernod Ricard and Rohit Tharani, head of content for Southeast Asia and director of content creation at Discovery Networks.

The little red dot punches above its weight in many ways but is it really creative enough? We’ll be looking at Singapore's current reputation within the creative diaspora and whether there’s enough homegrown talent coming through to fuel creativity in the future.

Partnering on the event is SI Partners, who will be taking part in a short Q&A with The Drum Asia editor Charlotte McEleny, while The Trade Desk were headline sponsors of the print edition. The Working Capital is supporting the debate as venue partner.

Throughout the week leading up to the event, The Drum will be putting the content from the special print edition online. The final piece of content will be The Drum’s annual Singapore Agency Top 10, which is compiled using local data from The Directory Big Won Rankings.

Visit this website to sign up for a free place at the event, which will take place from 8.30am on 13 September.
