The moves have been made to enhance the strategic media development, consolidation and stewardship for the agency’s two largest clients, Hyundai and Kia.

Gogley will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hyundai Motor America and Genesis Motor America’s media and Austin will supervise and manage all aspects of Kia Motor America’s media.

Gogley is a 13-year veteran at Innocean and its predecessor, World Marketing Group, working on media management and strategy across Hyundai Motor America (HMA), Hyundai Dealer Advertising Associations (HDAA), Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned and Genesis Motor America. He brings over 22 years of media experience to the position along with deep knowledge of the automotive experience. His unique role gives him the opportunity to not only oversee the day-to-day strategic direction and management of the business but also work alongside marketing and media partners to provide integrated brand building and retail solutions to help Hyundai achieve its goals.

With over 20 years of experience in integrated communications planning on a variety of high-profile clients and industries, Austin will be primarily focused on delivering innovative solutions to Kia’s ever-changing marketing needs. Previously serving as vice president, Kia Media Planning at Innocean, he will now oversee the strategic planning process for all of Kia’s media efforts.

“Our goal at Innocean is to refine and rethink the way we service our clients continually,” said Tim Blett, chief operating officer at Innocean. “As the marketplace changes, so do we, and in the case of Ben and Eddie, we are lucky to have them lead the charge for Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia with their extensive expertise and relationships with our partners.”
