BT Business and Public Sector is exploring the major impact that chance relationships at work can have on people’s lives in a new campaign launching today (6 July).

Fran & Tyrone

Created by Now, the Moments campaign will feature a total of six films reconnecting people that changed the course of each other’s lives. The ads were filmed live and as such the real conversations that are featured are completely unscripted.

One spot tells the story of Francesca Brown, who set up a youth organisation helping girls in deprived areas through sport. She was inspired to take the leap by her her former boss and professional footballer Tyrone, who she calls in the film to express her gratitude for believing in her.

The campaign, which will go live across social and digital channels, aims to draw on the insight that the world of work can be filled with more emotion than we sometimes realise.

Remco Graham, partner and executive creative director at Now, said: “Everyone has that person that changed their career and life. These films show the emotion when you thank that person. We worked with a fantastic documentary maker Max Fisher to record these calls live. With no real script we weren’t sure what we’d get. But when we saw the results we were blown away.”
