Athlete publishing company Unscripted appoints Pitch Marketing Group to accelerate growth ambitions

Athlete publishing company Unscriptd has appointed Pitch Marketing Group as its strategic communications consultancy.

Pitch Marketing Group will continue its work with Unscriptd, helping to develop a comprehensive communications strategy focused on increasing awareness and engagement among its audience as well as across the corporate landscape.

Unscriptd, which has offices in London, Barcelona, New York and Melbourne, creates value for its clients through social audience growth and engagement as a means of increasing athletes’ personal brand value and their value to existing and potential sponsors.

The company’s network of athletes includes Cristiano Ronaldo, Gerard Pique, Jordan Henderson and Andre Agassi.

Its content, digital publishing and data teams now consists of former executives from BuzzFeed, Twitter and Shazam.

Unscriptd’s decision to retain Pitch Marketing Group is the latest account win for the agency which has recently been appointed by the Premier League, Beats By Dre and the Telegraph Media Group.
