For the first time ever, The Drum is bringing its Search Awards to the US with the official launch of The Drum Search Awards USA.
That’s right: The Drum, the fifth largest media magazine and news site in the US, has opened entries for its inaugural US search event. The Drum has been organizing awards for more than 20 years, so we know how to celebrate excellence - and we certainly know how to throw a party. Our 2016 Search Awards in London drew more than 400 attendees. And now we’re bringing the celebration to the city that never sleeps.
Sponsored by Yext and supported by Sempo, The Drum Search Awards USA will recognize the most innovative, creative and effective search campaigns and strategies from US agencies and brands, including:
- Best Search Software
- Best Use of Video in a Search Campaign
- Best Use of Local Search
- Best Use of Voice Search
- Best Use of Data
The deadline for entries is June 23.
Winners will be announced at our awards ceremony on September 20 at Edison Ballroom in New York, where you can also hobnob with The Drum’s Ronan Shields and yours truly.
Judges include Microsoft’s Purna Virji, Sempo’s Mike Grehan and Conductor’s Stephan Bajaio, who are just a few of the illustrious search professionals on our panel.
In the meantime, follow us @DrumSearchUSA for updates – and we’ll see you on September 20 to celebrate the best in US search marketing!
