Frederico Brimbela is the latest marketer to join data analytics startup Nugit.

Data analytics startup Nugit has appointed Frederico Brimbela, formerly of Oracle, to lead the growth of its business development and client success teams.

Brimbela has over 12 years of business development experience in Europe and U.S with a specific focus on delivering value-based solutions to customers. His last role with Oracle as a senior SaaS leader covered the EMEA markets where he was top performer for consecutive years. Prior to Oracle, he worked in sales roles with Salesforce, Cisco, Diageo and Unilever.

The latest senior appointment comes on the back of other specialist hires over the past three months, with senior marketers from Google, Dentsu, Starcom Mediavest Group, Sociomantic and Marriott all joining the Nugit team.

David Sanderson, chief executive of Nugit, said: “Fred has proven success in deploying enterprise systems that make massive business impact. We want our customers to have access to this experience as they roll out next generation data capabilities here in Asia. With a growing demand by marketers and agencies to get better clarity from their data, Fred’s diverse experience will help deliver focused solutions to brands, agencies, and publishers and help our SaaS business scale faster."

Brimbela said of his appointment: “It's an exciting time for Nugit, I'm very proud to be leading the growth of our business and working with extremely smart and dedicated colleagues. I was initially attracted to Nugit because of its innovative technology which seeks to make data much more accessible for marketers and very impressive growth trajectory.”

Designed to automatically transform complex business data into data stories that can be shared across the organisation, Nugit’s technology is focused on humanising the entire data experience for marketers.

Nugit is headquartered in Singapore and currently employs a team of 37 data scientists, engineers, designers and strategists. Its clients include Facebook, Johnson & Johnson, Digi, GroupM, Starcom and Publicis.
