Adidas and EXOS extend product development partnership until 2021

EXOS and adidas announced the extension of their long-term partnership which will allow adidas to combine their product expertise with EXOS’ human performance experience to better serve all types of athletes. The two companies have supported a variety of projects for athletes and consumers, as well as each company’s employees since 1999.

James Carnes, vice president of strategy creation at adidas, said: “At adidas, we believe that through sport we have the power to change lives. We want to make sport more accessible to everyone around the world and create a healthier population unified by sports culture.”

He further added, “Sport is about more than the few minutes we spend working out in a gym or on the field of play, it’s about the way we live, how we move, how we eat, how we rest and recover, and about our mindset. We plan to continue to embed the EXOS philosophy deeply into our organization and build products, programs, and experiences for all athletes to improve their performance and feel their best all day.”

In addition to working with adidas business units and assisting with other consumer-facing adidas functions, EXOS will continue to support the performance of adidas employees at the adidas Group headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, and at the adidas America Inc. headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
