Criteo names Greg Archibald as EVP to lead sales across the Americas
Criteo has announced the appointment of industry veteran Greg Archibald (pictured below) as executive vice president of sales as the publicly listed adtech outfit seeks to bolster its revenue-generation in the Americas with a suite of new products.
Former US Navy pilot Greg Archibald will lead sales of Criteo products across the continent of America
Archibald’s appointment comes as Criteo (historically know for selling ad retargeting solutions) begins a concerted effort to roll out its predictive search offering as well as its sponsored product feature, one it was able to launch post the purchase of HookLogic during the final quarter of 2016, among advertisers, especially those in the e-commerce sector.
He will head up the outfit’s sales operations across the continent and report directly to Criteo’s chief revenue officer Mollie Spillman, with the new appointee bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the online media industry.
Archibald joins directly from NinthDecimal (a mobile location data provider) having formerly served at Datalogix, Yahoo as well as Intuit, and prior to entering the media industry he spent almost a decade as a pilot in the US navy.
“The landscape of our industry is constantly evolving, and to ensure we remain the must-have engine powering our clients’ performance marketing needs, we’ve grown the product set aimed at helping them achieve their sales, profitability and ROI goals,” said Spilman.
“Greg’s track record of success in identifying, implementing and expanding new revenue channels and relationships makes him the perfect choice to lead this critical region for Criteo.”
