Adtech outfit OpenX has announced a management shakeup of its EMEA business, with the appointment of Dominic Trigg as vice-president for the region, plus the promotion of Richard Kidd to head of business development, who will also work across those markets. The overhaul also sees the exit of former EMEA managing director Andrew Buckman.

OpenX claims the move is reflective of its strategy to “align by function” in an overhaul that will see its European operations reflect those in its US base, with Kidd reporting to the outfit’s chief revenue officer Jason Fairchild, and is tasked with the responsibility for accelerating OpenX’s reach in the DACHA region.

Meanwhile, Trigg will be responsible for leading the outfit’s partner services business and will report to Tish Whitcraft, chief customer officer at OpenX.

“We consider ourselves partners to our publisher clients as they implement their monetization strategies, and we aim to earn their confidence and trust in our daily interactions. Dominic shares this same outlook,” said Whitcraft .

Prior to his stint at OpenX, Trigg was at Rocket Fuel as senior vice-president and general manager of EMEA.

Dominic was also vice-president, International at Tradedoubler, vice-president and managing director of search, Europe at Infospace, and director of advertising operations, Europe at Yahoo.
