Apple has highlighted the sticker capabilities of its iMessage platform on the iPhone 7 in the funnest way possible by staging an impromptu sticker fight using real-world replicas of its suite of stickers.

Armed with sticky graphics a group of mischievous teens are seen tagging themselves, others, object and even food in a bid to inject a bit of colour into the staid daily routines playing out around them, highlighting the parallel opportunities to be found on the phone.

The creative YouTube push follows rollout of iOS 10 which permits installation of apps directly from iMessage in addition to the use of stickers which can be added to conventional text messages to pep them up and even permits multiple stickers to be combined to create more elaborate murals.

The campaign forms part of Apple’s ‘practically magic’ campaign which aims to draw attention to little known facets of the Apple user interface to show what differentiates it from rival platforms.
