Birmingham’s One Black Bear has been appointed as lead creative agency by Nuneaton-based Triton Showers, following a three-way pitch. The move comes as this British brand looks to build on its market-leading position and increase its share of the category.

Tina Simpson, marketing director at Triton Showers, commented: "We were really impressed with the calibre of the strategic planning and breadth of media knowledge that One Black Bear presented in the pitch. It was their understanding of our sector, and the exciting new creative that they presented which really put them ahead of the competition. We’re thrilled to be working with them."

Richard Elwell, creative partner of One Black Bear, added: "We’re really excited to start work on Triton. It’s a fantastic British brand with a superb heritage. Winning Triton’s business, and building a partnership with them, is a great reflection on the direction that One Black Bear is going and is testament to the quality of our team."

The Triton pitch win follows recent news that One Black Bear was chosen as the lead creative agency for National Express’s European operation, Eurolines. With recent PR appointments and contracts wins including Boost energy drinks and Tripod Crest, it has been a great start to 2017 for the agency.
