The Drum, in association with Relay42, has hosted a webinar on Data Management Platforms (DMPs) to help marketers overcome many of the hurdles associating with implementing the platforms.

A panel of experts from InBeacon and Relay42 discussed the latest technologies – from cross-channel orchestration to beacon technology – giving marketers everything they need to know about DMPs from the ground up.

DMPs have been a big topic of conversation in the industry with over 90% of brands planning to use them by 2018. But challenges remain. In a study by ExchangeWire, and Weborama, 48% of respondents reported difficulties in implementation of data sets, while 45% found a ‘lack of knowledge’ to be a further barrier to adoption of DMPs.
