Mary Keane-Dawson is stepping down from her role as Neo@Ogilvy UK managing director to focus on other projects.

The industry luminary joined Ogilvy's global media agency last year, tasked with driving growth and leading key client business but the company has confirmed to The Drum that she has now departed.
"Mary Keane-Dawson has left to focus on new projects and her consulting business," an Ogilvy spokesperson said.
The Drum has reached out to Keane-Dawson for further comment.
Before joining Ogilvy Keane-Dawson was working as an independent management consultant with a specialism in brand transformation and digital talent, she was also group chief executive of myHealthPal.
She is currently a global ambassador for the Birtish Interactive Media Association (Bima) and sits on the health tech and creative tech steering committees of industry collective Tech Advocates.
In 2013, she co-founded not-for-profit women's leadership and development network How She Made It, in which successful women meet to share stories, practical advice and insight.
