Mobile gaming studio Top Games Inc is looking to attract new users to its 'Evony: The King's Return' strategy title with a star-studded Super Bowl slot that is fairly reminiscent of an episode of Game of Thrones.

The multi-million dollar ad, featuring Aaron Eckhart as George Washington, Jeffrey Dean Morgan as King Arthur and Fan Bingbing as Empress Wu, sees an epic clash on the field of battle, giving viewers a taste of the strategy multiplayer battles they can engage in via the app on iOS and Android.

On the 30-second spot from Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, Top Games chief executive Lu Lu, said: “The Super Bowl is the ultimate test of today’s warriors, so it is a fitting place for us to showcase our free-to-play mobile game, Evony: The Kings Return” said “Having such spectacular talent literally leading the charge will help bring the game to life and drive interest.”

Eleven ads will land throughout the year with extending the narrative set down in the Super Bowl debut.

BSSP was secured to develop the brand’s Super Bowl ad, bringing experience from big game work for brands as Mini and T-Mobile.
