D&G LA makes up multiple phrases for California Lottery
If your texting shorthand has you envisioning multiple options for your acronyms, the new California Lottery campaign is right up your alley.
'Sir Lucky Pants' is a new 30-second spot by LA-based David&Goliath to promote the lottery and the possibility of winning millions from playing SuperLotto Plus (SLP), featuring an average jackpot of $27m.
To that end, the spot shows one lucky guy who won SuperLotto doing silly things with his money that meet the SLP criteria. The aim being that those who win can create the same outrageous ways. We see Sir Lucky Pants commissioning Super Large Portraits, eating a Saucy Lobster Platter and living in Swanky Little Pads after winning SuperLotto Plus.
'Sir Lucky Pants' will air this month in California markets including LA, San Francisco, Sacramento and Fresno. A second 30-second spot will begin airing in March. Other elements of the campaign will include digital, radio, social and OOH content to play the California Lottery, which helps fund the state’s public schools.
