Twitter is exploding with news that the Snapchat Spectacles bot has been spotted at CES in Las Vegas today.

The @Spectacles page showed a pic of the yellow bot with balloons on top in front of a giant female form sculpture, and a visit to the find-a-bot map from Spectacles confirmed that the bot was placed at 3782 S. Las Vegas Blvd. on the Las Vegas Strip near the Consumer Electronics Show. As several of the tweets stated, including Time's lifestyle editor, Alex Fitzpatrick, who said "of course snap dropped a spectacles bot at CES," CES seemed a fitting place for the new technology from Snapchat, the sunglasses that record 10-second snaps for your memories.

The last sighting of the Spectacles snapbot was at the Rose Bowl several days ago in Pasadena, California, so Las Vegas was an easy trip across the desert for the Minion-like bot.
