US Creative Work of the Week: Wunderman NY makes fun of briefs with tongue-in-cheek holiday card

The holidays may be behind us, but today The Drum reveals the winner of its agency holiday card roundup.

Voted by readers as US Creative Work of the Week, Wunderman New York takes the cake this year with its meta “Deck the Halls” initiative that illustrates how to create the perfect agency card by using the same processes and tools that are used for client work.

To create the perfect card, Wunderman assigned itself a brief: “To strengthen relationships with our clients and our vendors while delivering a simple yet emotionally relevant message: Happy Holidays.”

Wunderman then proceeded to create a 45-page deck that shows how the agency harnessed its research, analytics, insights and creative chops to come up with the perfect card. The agency then sent the deck to its clients.
