Creative Work of the Week: BBR Saatchi & Saatchi turn to vertical video to promote Ford's latest innovation

BBR Saatchi & Saatchi has won 2017’s first European Creative Work of the Week honour for it’s ‘Vertical Blind Spot’ work for Ford.

Created to promote the Ford Edge’s Blind Spot Information System, BBR Saatchi & Saatchi leveraged the growing popularity of vertical video to create a mobile ad which creatively uses the two standard black bars which appear in horizontal ads.

Covering the portion of the road that drivers would miss were it not for Ford’s Blind Spot technology, the bars slowly fall away to reveal how the car’s advanced system would capture them.
