Do It Day, The Drum's annual event that brings together the marketing services community to change the world in a day, has won its fourth award of the year.
Named Event of the Year at the PPA Independent Awards, saw Do It Day take its second award in a week after it was also highly commended at the PPA Connect Awards.
Earlier this year it was named Event of the Year at the British Media Awards and Best Event Linked to a Publication at the Global Conference Awards too.
Do It Day this year saw world changing challenges issued by brands such as AirBnb, CocaCola, Childline and O2 among many more, with events taking place in the UK and US simultaneously at the start of November.
Gordon Young, editor-in-chief of The Drum, commented: "We've had such a fantastic response to this event and the advertising industry has been able to show the impact it can have. We would like to thank everyone who has been involved so far in proving that marketing can change the world."
