A total of 36 agencies have been selected for the new Campaign Solutions roster which covers creative, strategy, direct, digital and social, partnerships and PR.

The creative lot includes MullenLowe London, M&C Saatchi, Lucky Generals and Adam & Eve/DDB among others.

Havas UK is included in the digital marketing and social media lot alongside agencies including FCB Inferno, MullenLowe and Blue State Digital.

The roster is split into two frameworks, the first is campaign solutions which will cover major campaigns and the second is communications services for more tactical work.

One of the agencies returning to the creative list includes Mother who protested the government’s decision to omit it from the list in 2013. In order to simplify the previously controversial tendering process the government has adopted a new approach which uses one single lot.

Adam & Eve/DDB is another returnee which joins a number of retained agencies including M&C Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather Group, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, MullenLowe London, FCB Inferno, Kindred and Engine.

One noticeable absentee from he lot is MediaCom, however it is possible that both could appear on the communications services in due course.

Several agencies feature in multiple lots, including MEC, MullenLowe, FCB Inferno, MG OMD and Engine.

Commenting on the new roster a cabinet office spokesperson said: “We have completed our assessment and are delighted with the quality of bids that we have received.

“There was a high level of interest with more than 1,000 bids from over 400 agencies across the two frameworks.

“We will not be able to confirm who has been successful on the first framework until the end of a legal cooling off period, which is normal for all Government frameworks.”
