The Labour Party appointed ad agency Krow Communications and pollsters BMG as part of a raft of measures designed to hone its image with the public.

The Women’s Equality Party announced Cheil London as its lead creative agency, cementing Cheil’s existing relationship with the Women’s Equality Party (WE) which began in February this year. Since then Cheil London has created numerous campaigns for the party, including “#WEcount” which highlighted the rise in rape and sexual violence against women in London, and a series of films supporting the party’s candidate for London Mayor.

Zenith has been accredited as a Certified Marketing Partner of DoubleClick (a subsidiary of Google) for implementation and media management in the UK and Ireland. Zenith is the first network agency to become a partner in the UK for those services.

New website Beauty Bash has appointed fashion, beauty and entertainment agency Avant PR to handle the press and social media campaigns surrounding its launch. Avant PR will be responsible for consumer and trade media relations as well as social media activity for Beauty Bash.

Vital Energi has appointed Jaywing’s search agency Epiphany to help build the brand’s presence online and engage with new customers. Epiphany has been enlisted to manage the company’s SEO, PPC, CRO and online PR campaigns as part of Vital Energi’s aim to bolster its digital strategy. It has been charged with helping Vital Energi engage with customers not yet familiar with the concept of district energy and its environmental benefits.

Five regional strategic communication specialists - Spring, Freshfield, Plinkfizz, The Karol Marketing Group and purplefish - joined forces to create The Hyperlocal Everywhere Network, a platform for marketing communications. Together the agencies cover the South East, North West, Midlands, North East and South West of the UK to create new offers in marketing services.
