BETC London enlists Andrew Kay as managing director

BETC London has appointed Andrew Kay as managing director. He now serves as an equal partner in the venture alongside Rosie Bardales, executive creative director, and Russell Davies, chief strategy officer.

Kay brings more than 16 years' experience from the likes of Wieden+Kennedy London and Amsterdam, BBH, Grey London and CDP, having worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Nike, ESPN, P&G, EA Games, Lurpak, Vodafone, Barclays and Honda.

“Having worked with Andy in the past, I'm thrilled to have him join the BETC London team," said Bardales. "His global experience at some of the best creative agencies will be a great asset to this agency."

Kay will work with BETC London brand partners,including Cow & Gate, Gant, Kado, Air France and Coty, and focus on growing the agency’s business and talent.

Kay added: “I'm excited to be joining an agency with the creative credentials and ambition of BETC. London is full of potential and I can't wait to get started with Rosie and Russell.”

Andrew Kay and Russell Davies will join BETC London in January 2017.
