Pop mogul Simon Fuller is collaborating with Universal Music Group to create a “groundbreaking venture that will utilise the very latest in digital and virtual-reality technology.”
The Guardian reports that this will “enable a new generation of fans to see, hear, and feel Abba in a way previously unimagined”.
Band member Benny Andersson added that it would allow the band to revisit its golden years: "We're inspired by the limitless possibilities of what the future holds and are loving being a part of creating something new and dramatic here. A time machine that captures the essence of who we were. And are."
The group has been on the record throughout the years stating they will never reform so the VR-powered tours, which very few details have emerged about, will help the group chase the ‘Money, Money, Money’.
